Constance Howes

Constance (Connie) just retired in July from her position as Executive Vice President of Women's Health for Care New England Health System. Prior to her role as EVP, Connie spent 11 years serving as President and CEO of Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. In addition, Connie serves on the Board of Trustees of the American Hospital Association, as the chair of the Governor's Workforce Board RI, and many others.

Her prestigious and wide-ranging experience in the healthcare system provides PSM with invaluable VOC insight and executive coaching.
