Lauren Gjerme

Lauren Gjerme is an experienced hospitality and customer service professional with a background in various roles within the food service and event coordination sectors. Currently serving as a Server at Porter Creek Hardwood Grill since April 2019, Lauren previously held positions as a Shift Manager at Dogtopia and an Event Coordinator Assistant at Three Rivers Park District. With a strong foundation in the restaurant industry from years spent as a Server at Olive Garden, Lauren also completed an Advanced Internship at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota, gaining valuable experience in wildlife care. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which was earned between 2012 and 2016.
