James Porter

James Porter has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. James started their own company, Porter Group, in 1994, where they served as the President. The company focuses on personalizing the recruitment process by conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates to ensure the best fit for both parties. In 2009, James became the owner of Talent Wise/Hire Advisory, a career advancement services company. James also owned Sales Pro Magazine from 2001 to 2013 and JP LawnScape from 1989 to 1997.

James Porter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from West Virginia University in the years 1991 to 1994. Later on, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Loyola University Maryland from 2002 to 2004.
