Kelly Pratt

Kelly Pratt, PharmD, is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at The University of Vermont Health Network- Porter Medical Center. Prior to this role, Kelly completed a PGY1 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Allegheny Health Network. Kelly's experience in the field began as a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens, where they also worked as a Pharmacy Technician. Kelly holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech.
