Alicia Norman is the current NEXT Memphis Director at Porter-Leath. Alicia has previous experience working as a Social Work Intern at the Mississippi Department of Health, where they assisted a licensed social worker in the First Steps Early Intervention Program along with the Perinatal High Risk Pregnancy Management Program. Alicia also worked as a Social Worker at Alpha Maxx Healthcare, Inc., conducting telephonic outreach for new high-risk obstetrics patients and assessing hospital charts and discharge plans.
Alicia Norman holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University. Alicia is certified in Results Based Facilitation from Seeding Success and in Transition to Success Coach from Transition to Success. Alicia is also certified in Mental Health First Aid from the Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage & Family Therapists and in Pediatric CPR/First Aid from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
