Jeffery Daniel Parker

Jeffery Daniel Parker, Ed.S, serves as the Site Operations Manager at Porter-Leath since August 2017, overseeing center staff compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and ensuring classrooms are filled with qualified personnel. Previously, Jeffery held the position of Education Specialist, collaborating to provide education services aligned with Head Start standards. Jeffery began their career as an Elementary School Teacher within the Jackson Public School Systems, focusing on students in Pre-K through 2nd grade. Educational credentials include an Ed.S in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Childcare and Family Education, all from Jackson State University.
