Sandy Skees

Sandy Skees is the EVP of Innovation at Porter Novelli. Prior to their current position, Sandy served as the Managing Director of the West Coast offices (SF and LA) at Fenton Communications, a social change communications and campaigns company for corporate and nonprofit clients.

Before Fenton Communications, Sandy was a Partner at Porter Novelli where they provided counsel to senior directors, executives and public relations managers at Fortune 500 companies, Early stage companies, and provided analysis and re-engineering of marketing communications infrastructure and processes to develop world-class global communications organization. Additionally, Sandy drove best practices and leadership collaboration on global accounts, business development and client service.

Sandy started their career as a Consultant at MCA Public Relations and then went on to become the Managing Principal / Sustainability at BSI.

Sandy Skees has a Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University in Sociology, and graduated cum laude.

Sandy Skees reports to David Bentley, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Melissa Taylor - EVP, Global Learning & Development, Patrick Resk - CFO, and Soon Me Kim - EVP, Global Diversity & Inclusion.
