We are licensed through the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions and are accredited by the Council on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Porter-Starke Services is also a Federally Qualified Health Center, operating Marram Health Center in Gary, Hebron, and Portage.
