Mark Goodrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal compliance. Since November 2015, Mark has held various leadership roles at Porter-Starke Services, Inc., culminating in the position of Vice President and Corporate Compliance Officer. Previous roles include Administrative Law Judge at the State of Indiana-Department of Workforce Development and Medicaid Estate Recovery Manager at the State of Indiana-Family & Social Services Administration. Mark began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Casale, Woodward, & Buls, LLP after earning a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Sociology minor from Purdue University.

Porter-Starke Services is a comprehensive community mental health center that has served northwest Indiana since 1975. With offices in Valparaiso, Portage, Knox and La Porte, we provide behavioral healthcare services to children, teens, adults and families. We are licensed through the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions and are accredited by the Council on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Porter-Starke Services is also a Federally Qualified Health Center, operating Marram Health Center in Gary, Hebron, and Portage.
