Deborah Mayfield has a robust background in financial management and project cost control, currently serving as the Controller at Porter Steel, Inc. since May 2023. Previous roles include Project Manager - Cost Controls with Project Service Group, where responsibilities involved overseeing financial budgets for various projects totaling over $1B. Deborah also has experience as a Project Cost Controller with American Process Management and WDF Inc, managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring compliance with financial processes. Earlier positions at MCG Construction, Balfour Beatty Communities, and Atlas Air contributed to a diverse skill set in accounting, budget planning, and financial oversight. Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College, and an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting from Orange County Community College.
