Rizwan Khan

Rizwan Khan is currently the VP of HR at Porter. Rizwan was previously the Vice President of City Operations at Porter.in from August 2015 to February 2019. There, they oversaw pan India operations for on demand businesses, managed end-to-end customer and driver partner lifecycles, devised and executed key input/output metrics, and more. Prior to that, they were the GM of Operations - Training and Development at Housing.com from April 2014 to August 2015, where they headed the training function for India operations, devised new strategies and processes for smooth transition of information, managed the call centre training operations, set up a content team, and more.

Rizwan Khan has a degree in HR Management and Analytics from the Wharton School. Rizwan also has a PGDM in Human Resources Development from the ICFAI University, Tripura.

Their manager is Pranav Goel, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Vikas Choudhary - Co-Founder and CTO, Uttam Digga - Co-Founder, Marketing & Development Lead.
