Roberto Jana

Roberto Jana L is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across Latin America. Currently serving as the Regional HR VP at Sonda since April 2015, Roberto oversees the entire HR function for the company in the region. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Capital Management Sales at Oracle, where responsibilities spanned sales leadership and HR activities across multiple South American countries. Earlier positions at Oracle also involved overseeing compensation in the LATAM region and managing HR operations for several markets. Roberto began a career in HR management at Ericsson and gained consulting experience at Deloitte, specializing in various HR functions. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in HR Strategic Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales.
