Mark Gay

Mark Gay has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the railway industry. Currently serving as Fleet Asset Manager at Porterbrook since April 2016, Mark previously held the positions of Maintenance Development Engineer and Lead Development Engineer at BOMBARDIER from June 2013 to April 2016. Additionally, Mark worked at Faiveley Transport from March 2009 to June 2013, where responsibilities included leading a team of engineers and managing projects related to train systems. Earlier roles as Project Engineer at Faiveley Transport and Graduate Engineer at Alstom Transport focused on delivering HVAC systems and participating in a multidisciplinary engineering training program, respectively. Mark holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2007.
