Kyrre Laugerud Moe's work experience began in 2010 as an employee at ICA. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a substitute teacher at Asker Internvikar. Kyrre Laugerud then served as a sailing coach at Røyken Seilforening from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they worked as a summer intern at Direktoratet for forvaltning og IKT (Difi). In 2015, they had a summer internship at Visma Consulting, where they worked as a functional architect/developer on a project for MFS Norway. In 2017, they joined Bekk as a consultant and later became a senior consultant from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working as a software developer at Porterbuddy, starting from 2021.

Kyrre Laugerud Moe started their education at Nesbru Vgs from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Natural Science and Mathematics Studies. Kyrre Laugerud then went on to pursue a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2011 to 2014. Following that, Kyrre pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at NTNU from 2014 to 2016. During their master's program, they also had the opportunity to study as an exchange student in the field of Computer Science at UC Santa Barbara in 2015.
