Dr. Christina Jenkins is a strategic advisor to board members and senior executives in provider and venture-backed organizations, with particular interest in coaching clients to achieve and sustain business goals in complex or uncertain environments. Christina brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with proven expertise in care delivery redesign and change management, startup builds, assessment and implementation of provider-deployed technologies, and clinical quality and performance.

Prior to this role, Christina was the founding CEO of OneCity Health Services, a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals (NYC H+H), the nation’s largest public hospital system. Christina grew the organization to 130+ employees and $350M in revenue, while leading design and implementation of population health technologies and clinical programs for ~1M New Yorkers in a value-based (risk) payment environment.

Christina has served as a Director of NYC Health + Hospitals ($7.4B), and Director of the Quality Subcommittee to the Board of Healthfirst ($6.7B managed care organization). She began her post-clinical career as a Kauffman Fellow (New Enterprise Associates), after helping to build one of the nation’s largest housecall medicine practices (Mount Sinai Medical Center).

Christina earned her MD from Northwestern University and her BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University. She completed internal medicine residency training and served as Clinical Instructor at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
