Todd Waters

Todd Waters has extensive experience in operations management, finance cession liaison, and project management. Todd currently holds a position as Operations Manager and Finance Cession Liaison at Portfolio General Management Group, Inc. In the past, Todd was also the Director of VSC Operations at the same company. Prior to that, Todd worked as a Project Manager at toddwatersCAD. Todd earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a focus on Design and Applied Arts from Texas Tech University.
