Vivienne Hill

Vivienne Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vivienne started their career as an Operations Manager at Yelfs Hotel, where they assisted in the day-to-day management of the hotel. Vivienne then worked as an Advertising Sales Team Leader at the Sutton Coldfield Times, excelling in formulating ideas for features and achieving sales targets. At Midlands Art Centre, they served as a Catering Manager, organizing events and introducing special promotions.

Vivienne's next role was at Traplet Publications Limited, where they held the position of Sales/Events & Exhibitions Manager. Vivienne displayed strong sales skills in sourcing international advertising leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting monthly targets. Vivienne also successfully managed corporate stands at international trade exhibitions and coordinated special events.

Following that, they served as Sales Manager/Events Coordinator at DJ Media, focusing on national and international advertising sales for a renewable energy magazine and expo. Vivienne then joined Bullivant Media Ltd as the Group Telesales Manager/Sales Manager for the Malvern Observer, where they managed advertising and built strong client relationships.

Vivienne later worked at Photoglide Limited as a Sales & Marketing Manager, unfortunately facing redundancy due to financial difficulties. Vivienne then joined Royal Life Saving Society UK as a Business Support Officer, providing administrative support to the organization.

Most recently, Vivienne has worked at Suckley Post Office & Village Store in a voluntary capacity during the pandemic. Vivienne collaborated with the Suckley Good Neighbourhood Scheme to organize delivery services for vulnerable customers.

Currently, Vivienne is employed as a Client Services Manager at Porthaven Care Homes, where they oversee client services within the organization.

Vivienne Hill attended Gloucestershire College of Arts & Technology from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a BTEC HND in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management. Vivienne'sfield of study focused on Hospitality & Event Management, as well as Sales & Marketing.
