Stavros Angelatos

Stavros Angelatos has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Stavros started their career as a Project Manager and Designer at MK Technologies in 2002, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they founded VARATTI Studio in 2009, focusing on media production and special events production. Stavros then transitioned to being the Owner and Designer at Designs By Stavros in 2005, where they collaborated on various high-value projects. In 2016, Stavros joined Portia Ella as the Brand Director and eCommerce Strategist, leading a successful brand overhaul and exceeding revenue targets.

Stavros Angelatos has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration, construction safety, emergency medical response, and welding. Stavros attended Okanagan College from an unknown start year to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing, business development, and management. In 2007, Stavros also completed a course at Okanagan College in AutoCAD and blueprint reading.

In 2012, Stavros obtained a NCSO Certification from the Alberta Construction Safety Association, indicating their knowledge and expertise as a National Construction Safety Officer. Additionally, they completed a course in emergency medical response from Mountain View Safety, specializing in remote emergency situations.

Prior to their time at Okanagan College, Stavros received certification in MIG and TIG welding, as well as fundamentals of fabrication and blueprint interpretation from Red River College Polytechnic in 2003.
