Chris Mitchell

Chris Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer of The Genuine Dining Co., which redefines outsourced foodservice and is the parent company to The Admirable Crichton, Signature Dining, and Amplify Guest Services. They previously served as Director at Feng Sushi (2018–2022) and as Group Manager at Avenance (2002–2004), and held the roles of Operations Director at Couture (2008–2010) and Regional Director at Bright Futures Group (2010–2011). They are also Chief Executive Officer of Portico (2025–Present), a company that creates outstanding front-of-house experiences, manages meeting and event spaces, and builds engaging workplace communities. They completed GCSEs at Thornden School between 1993 and 1998.
