Karla Rivera Cervantes MSOD, PhD (ABD) is an experienced organizational development and change management professional with a diverse background in various Fortune 500 companies since 2004. As a consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area, Karla specializes in leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
