Paul Sterling

Paul Sterling is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and market development within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Portico Benefit Services since July 2025, Paul previously held the same title at Innovation Roundtable, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations for various growth platforms within the World 50 Group. Paul has also held key positions at UnitedHealthcare as Vice President of Emerging Products, and at AccentCare, Inc. as Vice President of Market Development, focusing on innovation in post-acute care. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Optum, contributing to distribution strategy, marketing, and product development. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
