Stephanie Radtke

Stephanie Radtke currently serves as the President at Portico Healthnet. Prior to this, Radtke held roles at Dakota County, where Stephanie was the Director for Partner Relations and Strategic Initiatives, as well as Deputy Director for Community Services. Radtke also worked at the Minnesota Department of Human Services as the Director for Health Care Eligibility and Access. Stephanie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Certificate in Human Services Leadership from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
