Geoff Wood

Geoff Wood is an accomplished general manager with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Portillo's since November 2023, Geoff has previously held leadership roles as General Manager at Arcis Golf (2021-2023), Restaurants Unlimited Inc. (2012-2013), and Romano's Macaroni Grill (2000-2005). Geoff also worked as Director of Operations at Main Event (2013-2021) and Managing Partner at BRIO Tuscan Grille (2005-2012). With a career starting at Harrigan’s Chophouse (1993-2000), Geoff has built a strong foundation in management and operations over the years. Geoff continues education at Texas Tech University, a journey that commenced in 1994.
