Mitchell Anywaush

Mitchell Anywaush has a strong background in operations and management roles within the hospitality industry. Mitchell most recently worked as the Area Director of Business Development for Portillo's, where they managed the opening and success of new locations in the Midwest market. Prior to that, Mitchell served as the Regional Director of Operations for Marlin's Family Restaurant, overseeing multiple locations in the Dakotas. Mitchell also gained valuable experience as the Regional Manager of Operations for the New York Hilton Midtown, where they were responsible for personnel management and Hilton Honor Members Portfolio Management.

Mitchell Anywaush completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus in Accounting and Finance from New York University between 2007 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Bemidji Senior High School between 2004 and 2007.
