Zach Hawkins

Zach Hawkins is an experienced leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Portillo's since April 2018, where responsibilities have included overseeing operations and staff management. Prior to this role, Zach held positions as Assistant General Manager and Manager at the same company.
