Debra Bischof

Debra Bischof is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Discovery Center Volunteer at the Portland Art Museum since January 2013, where interactive activities and resources enrich visitor engagement. Prior experience includes a role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Western Psychological and Counseling Services, providing evidence-based mental health services to diverse populations in the Portland Metro Area. Debra also held a temporary position with the Oregon Department of Corrections, focusing on crisis management and intensive case management for inmates. At the Klamath Youth Development Center, services were provided to children and families through various programs, including crisis intervention. Additionally, Debra served as Principal and Program Manager at Myrtle Street Psychotherapy Services, managing mental health service delivery for over 300 consumers and overseeing educational and community partnerships in the San Francisco area. Debra holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Golden Gate University.
