Kirk Dobbins

Kirk Dobbins is the current Trustee at Portland Art Museum. Kirk has extensive experience in the field of compliance strategy and implementation, and has served as an attorney for both the US Department of Health and Human Services and the Maryland US Attorney's Office. Dobbins has also been Of Counsel for King & Spalding and Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C., where they focused on FDA practice and healthcare reimbursement. Most recently, they were VP of Compliance Strategy & Implementation at CVS Caremark Corporation. In this role, they successfully managed a team that supports all aspects of federal and state regulatory compliance for the pharmacy company.

Kirk Dobbins has an Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School, a BS in Biochemistry from The University of Dallas, a degree in Medicine from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and a JD in Law from University of Houston Law Center. Kirk also has certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in CCEP, CCEP-I, CHPC, and CHC.
