Susan A. Whittaker

Susan A. Whittaker has a strong background in the arts and cultural sector. Susan A. began their career as a Marketing Intern at the Wexner Center for the Arts in 2010 before moving on to become a Graduate Fellow in Development & Communications at the University of Oregon's Center for Community Arts and Cultural Policy. In 2011, they joined the Portland Art Museum as a Development Associate, working first in Grants and then in Annual Giving. Susan A. later became the Programs and Communications Manager at the Oregon Museums Association in 2016. Most recently, Susan has been the Head of Donor Engagement at the Portland Art Museum since 2017.

Susan A. Whittaker completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting at the University of North Florida from 2002 to 2005. Susan A. further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Arts Management from the University of Oregon between 2009 and 2011.
