Deema Worthington has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Deema started their career in 2010 as a Visual Planner and Merchandiser for Superdrug. From there, they worked as a Visual Merchandiser for Forever 21. In 2013, they had short-term roles in design and graphic design at The BB Group and Havas Media UK, respectively. In 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer for Pulse Comms and also had a period as a freelance Graphic Designer. Deema then joined Portland in 2017, where they initially served as a Lead Digital Designer before becoming a Design Director in January 2020.
Deema Worthington attended the University for the Creative Arts from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Design, Branding, and Marketing. Prior to that, they studied at Harris CTC from 2005 to 2007, specializing in A-level Graphics, Art, Media, and ICT. Deema obtained a Bachelor of Honors degree in Design, Branding, and Marketing from the University for the Creative Arts, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
