Kate Grealish is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Partner at Portland, beginning in September 2023. Previous roles include Talent Advisor at Wētā Workshop Ltd from June 2021 to March 2023, and Recruitment Consultant at M&T Resources from July 2018 to June 2021, where the focus was on delivering innovative talent solutions to leading organizations and government departments. Kate also worked as a Customer Service Consultant at AGL Australia in early 2018. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Otago, completed between 2014 and 2016, and attended Wellington East Girls College from 2009 to 2013.
