Luke Baker

Luke Baker is currently working as a Partner, board member, and head of media at Portland, where Luke advises companies, foundations, and governments on communications and media strategy. Prior to that, Luke had an extensive career at Reuters, holding various roles such as International Affairs Correspondent, Paris Bureau Chief, Jerusalem Bureau Chief, Brussels Bureau Chief, UK Defence Correspondent, Middle East Correspondent, and Senior Correspondent in Iraq, among others. Luke also has earlier experience at USA TODAY and a strong educational background from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
