Dina Farrell

Dina Farrell is the AVP of Finance at Portland Community College. Dina has over 10 years of experience working in finance and administration. Dina started their career as a budget manager for a research division at a VA medical center. Dina then became an administrative services manager for a healthcare network. In their current role, they oversee the financial operations of the college.

Dina Farrell has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Willamette University and a Graduate School of Professional Studies Executive Masters in Public Aministration program from Lewis & Clark College.
