Robyn Heron has a diverse work experience background. Robyn started their career in 2003 with the State of Michigan, where they served in various roles such as District Scheduler and later as Director of Communications in the Office of Senator Bill Hardiman. In 2007, they joined the Michigan Credit Union League as an Education & Sponsorship Specialist, responsible for event management and marketing strategy. Robyn worked in this role until 2015. In 2013, Robyn joined the Alzheimer's Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter. Robyn served on the Public Policy Committee, advocating for individuals with Alzheimer's and their families at the local, state, and federal levels. Robyn also served on the Board of Directors, promoting the association through various events and activities until 2016. In 2016, they moved to PFCU and held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing, where they are currently employed.

Robyn Heron completed their high school education at Lansing Catholic Central High School from 1995 to 1999, earning a diploma. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Western Michigan University from 1999 to 2003. During this period, Robyn Heron obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
