Deepa Barve

Deepa Barve, PMP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in application development and recruitment management. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Development for HR Systems at Portland General Electric since April 2015, Deepa leads analysis for various Workday HR modules and previously held roles in talent acquisition and process improvement. Prior experience includes a Sr. Recruitment Leader position at SSOE Group, managing full-cycle recruiting for architecture, construction, and engineering, and recruitment roles at BIOTRONIK, Intel, Norm Thompson, and Doubletree Hotel. Deepa holds a Comprehensive HR Management degree from Portland State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
