Gaurav Rathore

Gaurav Rathore currently serves as the Manager of Advanced Metering Infrastructure and IT for Customer Service at Portland General Electric, overseeing significant projects including a $23M C2M upgrade and a $2.3M bill redesign. Prior experience includes roles at Oracle as a Delivery Manager, Consulting Technical Manager, and Solutions Architect, where Gaurav contributed to the Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter V2.6 project for Turlock Irrigation District. Earlier positions at Wipro Limited involved developing solutions for utility clients, including Guam Power Authority and Power NI. Gaurav holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from BIT Mesra.
