Katie Trosen

Katie Trosen currently serves as Principal Treasury Analyst at Portland General Electric since September 2016, previously holding the position of Supply Chain Category Manager for Transmission & Distribution. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Procurement and Contracts at Ogin, Inc., where significant achievements included the acquisition of a 44MW wind farm and a 50MW wind farm, alongside developing Request for Proposals and managing supplier communications. Additional positions include Assistant Program Manager for the State of CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Research Associate for the New Britain Discovery Collaborative, and Program Director at the Office of Community Outreach. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's in Public Financial Management and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Sociology, both obtained from the University of Connecticut.
