Kelsey West

Kelsey West is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and community engagement. Currently serving as a Grant Manager at Portland General Electric since March 2022, Kelsey previously held the position of Community Manager at Brighton Jones from August 2021 to March 2022. Kelsey's background also includes various roles at State Farm®, including Corporate Responsibility Analyst, Human Resources Supervisor, and multiple positions focused on philanthropy and diversity & inclusion. Kelsey gained valuable experience as a Student Assistant at the University of Oregon Service-Learning Program and as a Development Assistant at StoveTeam International. Kelsey holds a Graduate Certificate in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Planning, Public Policy, & Management from the University of Oregon.
