Peter Gibbs

Peter Gibbs has extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, currently serving as the Principal Insurance Risk Analyst at Portland General Electric since September 2016. Prior to this role, Peter was the Marketing Manager at Brown & Brown Northwest from March 2014 to August 2016, and worked at Willis North America as a Placement Specialist between June 2006 and March 2014. Earlier in their career, Peter served as an Agent at Hecht & Hecht Insurance from July 2004 to June 2006, and as a Representative at State Farm Insurance from November 2001 to June 2004. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Oregon, earned between 1997 and 2000.
