Rann M.

Rann M. currently serves as Senior Manager of Financial Risk Management at Portland General Electric, overseeing Power Management's Middle Office Operations, including Credit/Collateral, Contracts, Asset Management, and Settlements Analysis, after previously holding the roles of Manager of Financial Risk Management and Manager of Financial Operations. In the area of Transmission and Distribution, Rann managed Utility Business Operations, focusing on Asset Management and compliance-related tasks. Rann is also actively involved with the Western Energy Institute, participating in symposium planning since September 2024 and contributing as a planning team member from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Rann chaired the Policies Committee of NJUNS, Inc. from February 2016 to January 2019. Rann holds a Master's in Business Administration from Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from California State University, Long Beach.
