Sanman Rokade

Sanman Rokade is a seasoned professional in the field of transmission operations engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Transmission Operations Engineering at Portland General Electric since March 2021, following a decade of experience with PacifiCorp in various roles including Manager and Senior Transmission Planner. With expertise in real-time studies for transmission system reliability across the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and integration of the Energy Imbalance Market, Sanman has also contributed to electrical engineering projects during internships at Robert Bosch and PacifiCorp. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Power Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
