Sean Flak

Sean Flak, PMP, MBA, PE, currently serves as the Principal Project Manager at Portland General Electric, where responsibilities include leading multi-year power plant construction projects with budgets exceeding $160 million and enhancing project tracking through analytical tools. Previously, Flak held the position of Program Manager at Google, managing the design and construction of Google Fiber's infrastructure across Portland and Salt Lake City, and innovating strategies to expedite project delivery. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Project Manager at Portland General Electric and an Engineer/Project Manager at PacifiCorp, where Sean oversaw capital improvement projects and provided engineering support for hydropower plants. Flak began their career as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager at Murray, Smith & Associates, Inc., focusing on public works improvement projects. Flak holds an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Washington State University.
