Shannon Tocchini

Shannon Tocchini is a seasoned professional in operational compliance and environmental affairs with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operational Compliance Analyst at Portland General Electric since April 2021, Shannon previously held the position of EMS, Compliance and Performance/Environmental Affairs/EMS Program Manager at the Port of Portland from December 2009 to April 2021. Prior to that role, Shannon worked as a Corporate Sustainability Manager at HDR, Inc. from March 2006 to October 2009 and as Manager of Environmental Management Systems, Sustainability, and Regulatory Innovation at Louisiana Pacific Corporation from October 1992 to March 2006. Additionally, Shannon was a Board Member of the Multi-State Working Group from 2003 to 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA from George Fox University, along with a BA in International Studies and a BA in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
