Toley Clague

Toley Clague currently serves as the Manager of Operations and Planning Engineering and previously the Manager of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Portland General Electric since March 2018, leading a team responsible for cybersecurity functions. Clague also oversees the cybersecurity program for Operational Technology assets and manages the NERC CIP compliance program. Prior experience includes roles at PacifiCorp from 2003 to 2018, where positions ranged from Director of NERC CIPs Compliance to Manager of Pacific Area Telecom and Network Services. Earlier career advancements include roles as a Telecommunications Consultant at W&H Pacific and Software Developer positions at Mentor Graphics and IBM. Toley Clague holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University, earned in 2002.
