Zhouxing Hu is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in control center systems and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Principal Control Center Systems Engineer at Portland General Electric since December 2019, Zhouxing has previously held roles as a Senior Control Center Systems Engineer there. Prior to this, Zhouxing worked at Peak Reliability from January 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining network and SCADA models for the Western Interconnection. Additional experience includes positions at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and Wichita State University, complemented by an internship at California ISO focused on outage management. Zhouxing holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems, as well as a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and Chongqing University, respectively.
