Tyler Plante

Tyler Plante is an experienced Development Officer with a strong background in multifamily development projects, currently employed at Portland Housing Authority since 2018. Responsibilities include managing projects from concept to completion, conducting feasibility analyses, securing financing, coordinating site selection, and overseeing construction progress. Previously, Tyler served as a Development Officer at Community Housing Partners, where project management of low-income housing projects was a key role, and played a significant part in securing substantial LIHTC allocations. Tyler's career also includes roles as a Development Associate and Resident Service Coordinator at Avesta Housing, as well as serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer focusing on Environmental Education. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
