Kyo Bannai

Kyo Bannai is a trustee at the Portland Museum of Art. Kyo was previously an interactive community exhibition designer at the museum from January 2012 to December 2013. Kyo was also a writer at Portland Magazine from January 2007 to December 2009. Before that, they were an architect at Richard Renner Architects from January 2002 to December 2007. Kyo was also an architect at DesignBuild Collaborative from January 2000 to December 2001. Kyo began their career as an architect at Fluor Corporation/ADP Marshall & Intel Corporation from January 1999 to December 2000.

Kyo Bannai graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree. Afterwards, they attended Columbia University to earn their M. Arch in Architecture.
