Ella Rathman

Ella Rathman currently serves as the Broadway Group Sales Manager and previously held the position of Broadway Customer Service Supervisor at Portland Opera since September 2021. Prior experience includes an Accessibility Specialist role at AudioEye, Inc., where Ella contributed to enhancing digital accessibility for online content. Ella has also worked as a Development Associate at both Albertina Kerr and Oregon Symphony, and gained operational experience as an Operations Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator at CoHo Productions. Earlier career roles include department management at The Old Spaghetti Factory, a marketing internship at Redwood Coast Energy Authority, and various positions in media including Production Manager at The Lumberjack and Reporter, Anchor, and Producer at KRFH News. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Humboldt State University, completed in 2013.
