Jon Wangsgard

Jon Wangsgard is an experienced Stage & Production Manager with over a decade at Portland Opera, where responsibilities include organizing and supervising all phases of opera productions, including music and staging rehearsals, technical and dress rehearsals, and post-production activities. Jon has served as Stage Manager for four productions and Assistant Stage Manager for 37 productions. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Producer for Soler Production Company, where event responsibilities included planning, design, venue coordination, and executing various events such as gala dinners and celebrity appearances. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Arts in Theatre from Ricks College.
