He is also the Founder & President of lifestyle brand Official League, Owner & President of Portland Pickles Baseball Club, Owner & President of Lake County Captains, Owner of Cleburne Railroaders, and Investor in Dallas Jackals Rugby. Alan is also the Marshal of the Wild Wild West League, Owner & President of Portland Gherkins Baseball Team, and Founder of culture collide / travel with purpose. He previously owned Gresham GreyWolves and holds a BA in journalism and public relations from California State University, Northridge.

The Portland Pickles are a collegiate wood bat baseball team founded in 2015 and based in Portland, Oregon. We are members of the West Coast League and play our games at Walker Stadium in Portland's Lents Park. The Portland Pickles are Portland's ONLY baseball team, with over 400,000 fans in our first 5 years!
