Cali Nossaman

Cali Nossaman is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Language Development Teacher at Portland Public Schools since August 2016, where responsibilities include co-teaching with English Language Arts educators to support multilingual learners through a culturally responsive curriculum. Previous roles include Learning Facilitator at Lawrence Public Schools and Integrated Studies Teacher at the American School Foundation of Monterrey. Cali has extensive experience in various teaching positions, including 3rd Grade Teacher, Title I Reading Teacher, and Special Education Teacher. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Portland State University, a Master's Degree in PK-12 Adaptive Special Education from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies Elementary Education from Humboldt State University, along with multiple teaching licenses in general education and ESOL.
